General

How partnership marketing works with Partneralytics
01.How does performance partnership marketing actually work?

Brands work with publishers such as creators, blogs, newsletters, and comparison sites to drive measurable customer actions through links. When a partner produces an approved purchase, lead, or signup, they earn commission. Advertisers pay for completed outcomes, keeping spend tied to performance.

02.Which businesses and publishing channels can use Partneralytics?

Most channels with a measurable audience can participate. Publishers can promote through websites, social content, newsletters, podcasts, or YouTube, while advertisers can run programmes across e-commerce, SaaS, travel, finance, and B2B. If an outcome can be attributed to a partner, Partneralytics can measure and reward it.

03.Is partnership marketing large enough to be a core growth channel?

Yes. Partnership marketing has moved beyond a specialist acquisition tactic and is now widely used as a performance channel. For many retailers, partnerships contribute a meaningful portion of annual revenue, often around 15โ€“20%, making reliable attribution and programme operations increasingly important.

04.How is Partneralytics different from a conventional affiliate network?

Traditional networks often combine technology with a closed marketplace and control more of the relationship and data. Partneralytics provides the infrastructure instead: you own your partner relationships and data, while the platform handles discovery, attribution, fraud screening, programme operations, and global payments.

For Advertisers

What brands need to launch and manage a programme
05.When can a new advertiser programme go live?

Most brands complete implementation and launch within three to seven business days. Setup includes connecting Partneralytics tracking or an e-commerce integration, configuring your commission model, and preparing the programme outline partners will see. Our onboarding team supports each stage through launch.

06.Can Partneralytics manage separate programmes for several brands or stores?

Yes. Brands operating multiple storefronts or properties can create an individual programme for each one. Every programme maintains its own tracking ID, commission structure, publisher relationships, and rules, allowing teams to keep performance and partner management separate where needed.

07.Can our team decide which publishers are allowed into the programme?

Yes. Advertisers control programme access. Review applications manually, create automatic approval criteria, or recruit selected publishers through private invitations. If an approved partner breaches your programme requirements, you can suspend or remove them according to the notice terms defined for your programme.

08.Can commission rules be updated once partners are already active?

Yes. You can revise commission rates, performance tiers, and bonus incentives as your programme evolves. New terms generally apply to future activity rather than rewriting commissions already earned, protecting previously agreed partner terms unless your programme establishes a different arrangement.

09.Can Partneralytics move an established programme from another affiliate platform?

Yes. Our migration team coordinates the technical and operational move, including partner relationships, historic commission records, and conversion data from supported networks. A typical migration takes two to three weeks without tracking downtime. Partners are notified before transition so they understand what changes and when.

For Publishers

Getting started and generating partner income
10.How do publishers start earning through Partneralytics?

After joining Partneralytics and being accepted into an advertiser's programme, you'll get a trackable partner link to use across your content. Whenever your link produces the required result, such as a sale, registration, or qualified lead, the programme's commission is credited directly to your earnings balance.

11.When will I know if my programme application is approved?

Approval depends on the individual brand. Some programmes instantly accept publishers who match predefined criteria, while others complete manual reviews within several business days. A complete publisher profile with accurate audience details, category information, and content samples can help advertisers review you faster.

12.Which publisher models and promotional channels can participate?

Partneralytics supports creators and influencers, review and comparison publishers, voucher and cashback sites, newsletters, podcasts, loyalty platforms, and B2B referral partners. Publishers working across multiple channels can use more than one promotional model within the same account.

13.Will I know why a conversion didn't generate commission?

Yes. Partneralytics keeps a transparent record of tracked clicks and conversions. If Fraud Shield rejects an event or a conversion falls outside an advertiser's attribution criteria, your dashboard shows the reason so you can understand why that activity wasn't added to your payable earnings.

Payments & Commission

How publisher earnings are processed and paid
14.When do publishers receive payouts, and which currency is used?

Payment timing is configured by each programme, with monthly payouts common and some advertisers supporting shorter cycles. Where available, earnings are settled in your local currency, with currency conversion managed automatically, using any of the 9 supported payout options.

15.What happens to earnings when a customer returns an order?

If a tracked purchase is cancelled or refunded inside the advertiser's defined reversal period, its commission is reversed automatically. Both advertiser reporting and the publisher earnings history show the adjustment and its reason, keeping the change visible and understandable for both parties.

16.How are tax forms managed for publishers in different countries?

Publisher tax documentation, including W-8 and W-9 forms for US programmes plus relevant local forms elsewhere, is collected automatically during onboarding across 118 supported countries. Payout processing then follows the applicable documentation and withholding requirements for the partner's jurisdiction.

17.Do publishers pay anything to access the network?

No. Access to the Partneralytics publisher network is free. Brands pay platform and commission costs, while publishers receive their earnings without platform invoices.

Tracking & Conversion Protection

How the technology works clearly
18..How does Partneralytics track when browsers restrict traditional cookies?

Partneralytics combines first-party identifiers with server-to-server (S2S) tracking, so attribution avoids third-party cookies. First-party tracking stays connected to your own domain, while S2S passes conversion data directly between systems. Together, they maintain reliable measurement across Safari, ad blockers, and mobile environments.

19.How does Fraud Shield identify suspicious conversions?

Fraud Shield evaluates device signals, IP reputation, click velocity, unusual conversion timing, and historical publisher patterns before commissions become payable. Suspicious activity is held for review with the reason recorded, giving advertisers evidence to approve or reject each flagged conversion.

20.What attribution options are available for my programme?

Choose first-click, last-click, linear, or custom attribution. Windows can also be set differently by product, campaign, or partner type, ranging from short purchase journeys to 180-day windows for B2B and subscription sales cycles.

21.Can I review the data behind an attribution dispute?

Yes. Partneralytics keeps an exportable event history behind attribution outcome. If a publisher questions a commission decision, you can review the customer's touchpoints and see why credit was assigned, giving both sides evidence to resolve disputes without opaque reporting.
